We’re looking for a hard-working Business Development Associate to join our growing Managed Services firm that helps small and medium size businesses achieve their goals and maximize productivity.

That’s where you come into the picture. We need someone who wants to learn, grow, develop your career and business knowledge and make a lot of money.

You will work directly with the VP of Sales and Marketing and the rest of the team.

  • You will learn the fundamentals of business development, marketing and sales strategies, technology sales (including how to set appointments with prospects, make presentations, nurture leads and close deals)
  • You will absorb and/or sharpen tons of skills such as how to build rapport, how to ask probing questions, how to answer prospect queries, how to write proposals, how to follow-up, and how to generate revenue

Should you apply?:

  • It would be nice if you have any degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism and/or 1+ years experience in customer service, marketing/sales industry. But we value passion and character much more than a college degree or experience
  • If you cannot write well, then you probably won’t cut it here because you’ll need to write emails and proposals to prospective clients (in other words, if you stink at writing, sorry… but we’re pretty sure it just won’t work out for you here)
  • You’ll also need to be tenacious, organized and detailed (in other words, you must dot your “i”s and cross your “t”s
  • You’ll need to have a solid working knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Plus you’ll become to understand in-bound and outbound marketing concepts (including content strategies, email best practices, landing page best practices, retargeting, PPC, brochure and marketing collateral development, and personalized direct marketing using print and mail) or we’ll teach you this stuff
  • Solid verbal communication skills are essential

Field Technician

We are a Managed Service Provider that supports all aspects of technology for our clients.

Position Info:
Field technicians are responsible for on-site and remote service to our clients. When an issue requires hands-on support, technicians in this role are the boots on the ground to get the job done. A typical day will be a mix of onsite work at client sites and work from our office providing support to clients. A field tech needs to be able to think on their feet, think through problems end-to-end and have excellent customer service skills. This position may require occasional off-hours work and will be included in our on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable, insured vehicle.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (or commitment to get cert within 90 days of employment).
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification (or commitment to get cert within 180 days of employment).
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Desktop OS (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10) and Server OS (2008/2012) and MS Office applications (2007/2010/2013/Office 365).
  • Working knowledge of PC and networking hardware and troubleshooting.

Service Desk Technician

Service Desk Technicians are responsible for responding to incoming client requests. The ideal candidate is someone who can interface effectively between technology, end-users and other technicians and engineers. We are a fast-paced, growing company looking to add the right members to our team. Service Desk Technicians are expected to troubleshoot and resolve, or provide information for escalation to an engineer. This position may require occasional off-hours work and will be included in our on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of IT support experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Senior Systems Engineer – Microsoft

Position Type:

What We’re Looking For

Seeking qualified candidate for an Experienced-Senior System Engineer position. Candidates should exhibit a strong desire to assist others with technology. We help small businesses in the Westlake, Lakewood, Cleveland and throughout Northeast Ohio to get the most out of their business technology. We specialize in IT consulting, providing business computer support and network services.

Core Responsibilities:

      • Provide second / third level technical support to customers via remote access, phone, email and onsite visits.
      • Respond to service requests in a timely manner (meeting or exceeding our contracted SLAs).
      • Participate in the implementation of new or upgraded client computer systems.
      • Coordinate additional resources needed to accomplish requested tasks including client vendors.
      • Communicate with customers and our internal resources to notify them as to the status of their requests.
      • Escalate service requests which you cannot resolve to meet client expectations.
      • Must be professional in appearance and possess excellent diagnostic, communications and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to follow established operational procedures.
      • Demonstrate solid writing skills in both technical and customer communications.
      • Must possess reliable transportation.
      • Present a proven track record of increasing responsibilities from previous experiences.
      • Must we willing to work in a team environment and individually to accomplish client specific projects.
      • May be required to work beyond the standard 8 am to 5 pm business hours.
      • Participate on-call rotation is required.

Additional Responsibilities:

Senior Systems Engineer position exhibits a high level of technical knowledge that he/she is able to apply to customer’s technical issues and problems. This position will be responsible to also assist other less technical staff members in resolving issues or developing technical solutions for company’s customers and to effectively research and design technical solutions for customer opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum

      • 5+ years of related work experience.
      • 5+ years experience performing Server Systems implementation, and administration.
      • 5+ years experience analyzing system failures to minimize outages and interruptions.
      • 5+ years experience working with server class hardware from a major OEM (Dell, IBM, HP, etc).
      • 5+ years experience working with Windows Server operating systems (2003, 2008, 2008 R2).
      • Manage and troubleshoot OS and applications using resource kits, and 3rd-party tools.
      • Strong analytic and research skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
      • Ability to troubleshoot problems and quickly resolve issues.
      • Good Communication and diplomatic skills a must.
      • Technical Certifications (Network+ / A+, MCTS, MCITP, etc.).

Desired Skills:

      • Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare.
      • Microsoft Exchange experience.
      • Microsoft SQL experience.
      • Project management experience taking projects from initial concept through implementation.
      • Working knowledge of SAN, backups and other enterprise technologies to maintain and recover IT systems.
